Hello! We’re Tony and Ilde, a husband-and-wife team with a shared passion for properties and interior design. With two children and over 12 years of experience in property renovation in the UK, we’ve honed our skills in transforming and managing properties with the same care and attention to detail that we bring to our own home.

Tony’s background in property renovation in the UK has given him extensive knowledge of what it takes to make a property truly stand out. As a second property owner himself, Tony understands the unique concerns and challenges that come with owning a home abroad. This personal experience allows him to genuinely empathise with other property owners, ensuring their homes are well-maintained and their investment is protected.

Ilde and I have also worked closely on the interior design of the properties we've developed, bringing an eye for detail and a love for quality into every project. We believe that a well-designed home is not just more enjoyable to live in, but also more attractive to potential renters.
